JDP Immigration PC

Managing Director/Senior Attorney is Eduardo Justo. He holds a BA degree from the University of Puerto Rico in Social Sciences; studied law at the UIA Law Faculty in Puerto Rico; and received special education on Comparative Constitutional Law and Biotechnology Law and Regulations at Magadalen College in Oxford, United Kingdom. He studied French at the Allianze Francaise in Puerto Rico for 2 years (he claims not to remember much French), and self-taught Italian; fluent in Spanish and English also. If you want to find out about his bar membership, please go to our home page and click on "Washington DC Bar", then write his name and last name on the provided spaces on that new page. He is not the person on the picture above, and refuses to post his face on his website.

He has also written 3 books (as of 2010): an educational book to new immigrants regarding behaviour that is criminal in US (as compared to other countries), how to avoid deportation from the US, and, upon request from friends and partners, a novel based on facts regarding the recent unnatural increase in suicides in Puerto Rico. He also has a full-page legal column on the printer version of "Horizontes" Newspaper. The column prints weekly, and covers most of the state of Virginia in United States, Washington DC, the lower part of Maryland, and West Virginia; estimated amount of readers is over 500,000.

His friends regard him as humble and honest, with a particular sense of humor. He refuses any office personel from having direct contact with clients, contrary to all other law offices we know that allow any Spanish speaking person (or receptionist) to provide advise on the phone. He reports those who give legal advise when they are not authorized to do so, and those whom are authorized to do so but do so inneficiently. He has received various prizes and awards which he ordered not to include in this notification, since, according to him, "all are nice, but only important when the job is done; really, finally, and unequivocally at the end".
