JDP Immigration PC is a law office certified by theVirginia State Bar (call for information) and theWashington DC Bar (look for Eduardo Justo, the Attorney and Director of our office). Our areas of practice are exclusively Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Citizenship and Immigration Services (CIS) and Immigration Court matters. You could say that we specialize in "immigration" matters, since it is our only area of practice.

Our offices are in Virginia, in the outskirts of the Washington DC Metro Area. We can accept cases from anywhere in the United States, it's territories, and international cases that relate to our area of practice; it does not matter where you are, if it relates to our areas of practice we can represent you.
